The Department started with the name, Department of Estate Management in October, 1990 and with a handful of staff in temporary site along Birnin Kebbi- Kalgo road which was later converted to Cabinet office.<\/p>

The initial take-off of the Department commenced with National Diploma and a total number of sixty-five students, since then, the Department has grown in all areas such as in students\u2019 population, qualified staff and in term of infrastructural facilities.<\/p>

The Department turned out her first National Diploma graduates in 1992\/1993 academic session with a total number of fifty seven students.<\/p>

As the Institution is expanding in all facets of her endeavors, the Management of the Institution approved the establishment of Higher National Diploma in Estate Management in the year 2001\/2002 academic session with the population of fifty one students and in the year 2002\/2003 academic session the first set of forty seven students of Higher National Diploma graduated.<\/p>

The name of the Department was changed to Estate Management and Valuation in 2016 following the approval given to all Tertiary Institutions by the coordinating Parastatals and Ministry such as;Estate Surveyors and <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
